With more than two decades of leadership experience in project management, corporate operations, and large scale event execution, Benissa Smallwood brings a rare blend of strategic vision, precision planning, and concierge level client service to every engagement. As the founder of B55 Consulting Services, she specializes in elevating projects, events, and travel experiences with the highest standards of professionalism, creativity, and care.
Benissa’s career began at JPMorgan Chase, where she spent over 20 years orchestrating complex site-operations, managing multimillion-dollar property portfolios, and leading cross functional teams across 21 corporate locations serving more than 10,000 employees. Known for her ability to optimize processes, build strong partnerships, and consistently deliver on time and within budget, she earned a reputation as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and powerhouse project manager.
Beyond her professional expertise, Benissa is deeply committed to community impact, especially supporting youth in human trafficking, aging out of foster care and educational empowerment initiatives. Her gift for connection, her drive to serve, and her passion for helping people experience excellence are at the heart of every project she leads.
